Boys & Girls Competitive Teams

Williamsburg Gymnastics competitive teams consists of both boys and girls ages 6 years and older competing at JO (Junior Olympic) Levels 3-10 as well as Xcel. The vast majority of our competitive team gymnasts are selected from our recreational gymnastics program or are transfers. Our competitive teams develop the skills needed to compete at the local, state, regional and national levels.

Gymnasts train year round and compete between the months of December and May.
