Welcome to the 2024 Astronaut Dave Brown Memorial Meet! We have two separate weekends for men's and women's competitions. The men's competition will be December 7-8 and the women's competition will be December 14-15.
Before tragically dying in the Columbia shuttle disaster, Dave Brown was a gymnast at William & Mary. This meet was created to honor the memory of Dave Brown, who believed that gymnastics provides an opportunity for true scholar-athletes to utilize the medium of gymnastics for personal growth, with an emphasis on excellence and learning how to be a good teammate for a lifetime. We look forward to seeing everyone here and want to thank you for helping us make this dream a reality!
